For the short duration I had the air fryer, its been amazing wings, fish and veggies. after few months, i started to notice the inner coating chipping off. then BAM - RUST in bottom of my basket. So I contacted GOWISE usa about the rusting and this is the response I got.

I bought this item with great expectations, given what a life changer the instapot has been.
First day I had great experience cooking frozen food and experimenting with the results. The rotisserie was my favorite feature… second day, I noticed it was not turning the right way.

I am so incredibly happy with this Ninja oven. I have used air fryers before, but felt limited with their small baskets to cook for my family. But, the convenience, short cooking time and ease of clean up encouraged me to try this ninja.

First off, my apologies for being late in posting this review. I received this fryer about a week or so ago but didn’t know what to make with it because . . . I had NEVER used an air fryer before. Also, this particular model DOES NOT COME WITH RECIPES! Nothing, zilch, nada!

Great unit, very large basket, you could probably fit a smaller sized whole chicken in it. Exterior footprint is only a little larger than lower capacity models, it’s not huge. Controls are very good, temperature goes from 180F to 400F (YES, 400! Not 390!) in 10-degree increments.

This is not good for air frying. Takes twice as long as my smaller air fryer for the same amount of food. I could’ve got an off brand at Walmart for $80 instead of the over $200 I spent on this one, but my boyfriend insisted on this because he loves Emeril.

Been studying air fryers for about two years. Decision was about counters-pace vs basket size. The ninja takes up slightly less space than the stand mixer. It’s lightweight and easy to pull out from under the cabinet to use (to allow for air flow).
