I bought these in white. I was a little worried they wouldn’t block the light like I wanted BUT they did great! I’m VERY pleased!

These draperies are gorgeous and they definitely block out light. I don’t normally leave reviews however I feel anyone wanting to purchase these should be aware they are toxic, yes…I mean toxic.

I’ll be honest. We didn’t want to like these curtains. We buy WAY too many things from Amazon and for some reason this just felt like a strange thing for Amazon to provide. Plus, we wanted to have "nice" (or should I say more expensive) curtains in our rooms.

I actually used these room darkening curtain rods to hang plants in my windows. So I can’t tell you how they work as curtain rods, but they work great to hang plants!!! Very sturdy. Would definitely recommend.

Be careful when washing and drying the curtains. This isn’t stated on the care instructions but hang them fabric side down to dry on your line. Otherwise you’ll end up with having to pull the curtains apart to take them off the line and that destroys the blackout effect.
