I have had every kind of pasta roller - the chrome manual kind, the one that does everything (mixes, extrudes) and now this. I LOVE it. I love having my hands free to hold the dough going in and coming out and not having the manual roller shift all over the place.

This is a good shelf but…
After putting it in place, the oven controls would not operate properly. Since we didn’t use the oven for the first several days after installation, we never realized the shelf had caused a problem.

I highly recommend this attachment.
This attachment is very well made (Made in Italy). It attaches, detaches and cleans up easily, and most importantly, it works very well. This device only makes flat pasta so if you want rigatoni or penne, you’ll be disappointed.

I like that there is a good selection of utensils in this set. I don’t like that although these are “dishwasher safe”, they come out with white spots all over them, so if you’re hanging them up in your kitchen (like I am) they look bad on display.

I’m not sure why other people seemed to have had some problems with these, because they work great for me! The magnets stay stuck nice and tight to the fridge and the lids stay on snugly. The tins are each rather full of spices and I have no problems with them slipping at all.

After receiving this product I immediately went to wash them out as any one should do with a product that will be containing food items. All I used was running water and a wash cloth and somehow water still ended up getting in between the plastic and metal on the lid.
