I don’t see many reviews regarding using this chair as a full time work chair. It is probably because most companies provide decent seating for their employees, however just in case there is another that believes buying the cheapest chair possible for someone that sits in it full time I wanted to be sure that this review was there for them.

I bought this chair in July it is now Aug same year! I have had tighten the bolts. I am 230lbs 6.3 foot man. I been having issues with this chair for the last month. I ripped apart the fabric on the bottom and found there are 2 pieces of wood and a metal bar welded to a tube frame. The weld broken at both ends of the frame.

Ordered white, got blue. One of the arm rests was backwards, easy enough to fix, but one of the pre drilled screw ports was misthreaded and cause the screw to strip on one of the arm rests. Didn’t matter too much because even the arm rest that was installed correctly was loose after two days.

I purchased one of these chairs back in August of 2017 and it has been amazing, but the seat has gotten a little worn so I just ordered a new one (September 2019). I was SO DISAPPOINTED when I got it all put together– it looks the same, but it is a cheap version that is literally too uncomfortable to sit in.

The fabric/pleather on this chair has torn after a month of daily use. It was super comfortable, relatively easy to assemble, and I really enjoyed it for the time it was functioning. update: I went from 4 stars after the first couple weeks, to 3 stars about 2 months in, and now 7 months later, I’m giving it a 1 star. The cushion on this chair has just completely given up and has compressed into a thin, tough pancake.

Here is HOW TO ASSEMBLE:
The bolts come in 3 sizes which I will refer to as SMALL, MEDIUM, and LARGE as well as 2 screws.
Make sure to test fit each screw by hand before just assuming its the right one!!

My review after owning and using this chair everyday for one year.
THE BAD
The seat cushion has gone completely flat and is completely useless after one year. Feels like I’m sitting on wooden bleacher seats.
This is the reason I gave only one star. The sole purpose of a chair is to comfortably hold your bottom.

The chair itself is firm and comfortable, but after 6 months, the arm is loose on a daily basis. I keep the larger sized wrench that came with the seat in my computer desk and pull it out 1-2 times a day to tighten the arm. Additionally, the seat sinks a few inches from the highest position every few hours.

Good so far. Not difficult to put together, outer packaging was trashed when I received the product, but everything inside was in good shape. Seat is a bit tight, so if you are bigger bodied it might not be the right fit as the arms are not adjustable.
Edit - on 11/26/2018 this chair exploded on me today while sitting in it.

I was very angry/surprised when I unzipped and looked inside of the chair, and found rusted metal bars and padding being held across by what seemed to be shoelaces. I am unsure if it is only my chair that is such poor quality or if its every chair. Not mentioning the fact that it arrived with broken clips on the lumbar pillow.

It’s comfortable and it was easy to put together. The only issues I have with it, is that there is no way to lock the wheels (wasn’t advertised so I’m not mad) and the fact that if you lift the chair the bottom part that has the wheels falls off.

I have used this chair for my daily office work for 6 months and have loved it. But now the gas cylinder won’t keep the seat up where I adjusted it. I can set the seat height and it will slowly over the course of a few hours go back down to being too low (probably moving 3 inches down). I am nowhere near the weight limit of 280 pounds.

I purchased two of these chairs in the second half of 2015 and in just one year of use, both chairs sustain heavy damage. The PU leather started separating at the stitching points and in other places like the arm rests, the PU leather started peeling off from the fabric base in the arm rests. I would not recommend this chair to anyone.

I bought two of them, they were nicely designed.
However, the black one I bought earlier has a thin seat cushion, you can easily touch the end without even a hard press. It’s pretty much like sitting on the ground.
