The sheets I received are very rough, they contain fabric runs and burs. They did not have Mayfair labels nor any label saying they are 800 ct. They are not the sheets shown or reviewed on the site which I purchased. Very unsatisfied and the company refused to let me return sheets, only will offer 50% back…buyer beware!

This pillowcase is FAKE and is NOT SILK, it’s polyester! This knockoff is actually satin, aka: man-made polyester. Real silk is shiny on both sides. This is not. If you compare the outside fabric to the inside, one side is dull. It should be shiny in both sides of the fabric.

There were bed bugs in the pillowcase with this product. I am so grossed out right now. I can not believe that this is happening. It looks like the eggs just hatched and they started to crawl around. I killed them all with bug spray. But now I am super freaked out about my bed. I have pics too. I have never had any issues with bugs in my bed.

Got two if these. Each in its box. Please see the picture. They have a diferent silk texture. They have a different colour. They have a different size. All is visible from the picture. And I did not even mention that one was nicely foulded and the other was all crumpled.

These sheets are of good quality at a reasonable price. I was expecting them to be softer due to the thread count, but overall a good purchase.
UPDATE: These sheets have not held up well after just a few washings. They have shrunk and have little "balls" from wear. I no longer recommend these sheets

Received today, quickly realized it felt nothing like real silk (real silk should not catch at all as your hand runs over it) then performed a burn test on some stray threads which confirmed it’s fake (burned fast and had to be blown out.

Where do I begin? Well, the material is thin and neither soft nor smooth. The stitching is of the poorest quality possible. It is so bad that after one washing all the seams were puckered. While examining that, I noticed a gap where the sewing had failed to capture both sides.

I do not have particularly sensitive skin, whatsoever. After receiving these pillowcases, I washed them and then after 2 days of sleeping with them, I started breaking out in these mysterious hives. I found out it was contact dermatitis and the hives were all located on areas of my body that were touching the pillowcase while sleeping.

My own fault for not looking more closely at the materials involved. It has a plastic feel and smell on the inside and therefore is also noisy as you move around on it as well. Don’t buy these unless you like sleeping on plastic!

A couple stars for these because they seem to be fairly durable in my own experience; not that they’ve been subjected to much, but they haven’t fallen apart as some reviewers have had happen. Certainly, it’s true that they aren’t soft, and do not become soft. What I can also confirm is that the sheets and pillowcases shrink until they are unusable.
